Shipping Partners

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most orders across Pakistan. You can pay at your doorstep when your product arrives. Please make sure your phone number is correct so the courier can reach you easily.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed:

  1. You’ll receive an order confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.

  2. After dispatch, we’ll send you a tracking link or tracking number to monitor delivery.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us to verify your order.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the rare case your item is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and pictures (if applicable)

  • We’ll investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund if eligible

We strongly advise inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If the seal appears broken or tampered with, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.

International Shipping
