Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is in original, unused condition

  • Is returned with all original packaging and accessories

  • Shows no signs of damage, modification, or misuse

If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is proven defective under warranty (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of some electronics and custom components, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to mishandling, short-circuiting, or improper installation

  • Products used for DIY modifications or altered from their original state

  • Clearance, discounted, or bulk items marked Final Sale

  • Custom wiring, bundled adapter sets, or modified cooling solutions

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Share photos or video proof of the damage via WhatsApp or email.

  3. We’ll assess the issue and offer either a replacement, store credit, or a full refund — depending on the situation.

All warranty or replacement claims must be verified by our team.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund via your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or service provider.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be processed as store credit or bank transfer.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Request a Return

To start a return:

We will guide you through the steps to return your item. Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item and covering return shipping charges (unless due to a product fault).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us directly and we’ll assist you.
